Package Your Items
Place the product in its original Daniel Wellington presentation box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
